Co-operative Financial Services November 2005 – June 2007
IS Web Developer
- Responsible for building JSP and XML templates for the FatWire CMS for Co-operative Bank, CIS Insurance and smile.co.uk
- Lead developer for both client-side and server-side development of the Co-operative Bank site for full W3C compliancy, launch June 2007
- Introduced AJAX based user interfaces and sIFR (Flash based text replacement technique) to launch with the new Bank Web site.
- Responsible for accessibility and web standards for the whole CFS portfolio.

- Responsible for the daily updates to 3 large corporate websites, Co-operative Bank, CIS Insurance and smile.co.uk
- Lead development on the redesign of the CIS Insurance web site
- Developed a critical departmental PHP scheduling application to manage workload for the CFS Web Agency.

- Responsible for developing the world's first Arabic online HND eLearning Marketing tutorials for the Middle East utilising Macromedia Flash MX
- Interface and navigational design work for course material, using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

My past experience in the e-learning industry has involved working on numerous innovative and new ideas on a daily basis. Helping to develop strong Macromedia Flash skills, also advancing skills gained while studying Information Systems.
