5 Steps To Running Injury
Saturday 30th Sep 2006 - Posted By: Ste Riley at 10:28PM
The usual scenario of progressive injury is:
- "Gee, my foot, leg, etc is sore. Couldn't have been the running I did this morning".
- "Hmmm, when I'm running it feels kind of tight where it was sore yesterday".
- "Wow, that was tight yesterday too, maybe I'll run fewer miles tomorrow".
- "Well, it's still sore, I'll go run on it to see if it still hurts".
- "Ouch! Better not run on this, it might cause permanent damage"

Check out the video below for some serious dancing, this little guy can move better than Justin Timberlake.
Not posted much up for a good while, but I do have some pictures of The Hoff. I went to a Hasslehoff book signing the other week and got a couple of pictures of the King of the Internet.
I managed a 2 mile run today, the longest I've gone since injuring my leg about 7 weeks ago. It's hurting pretty bad now but I think I just need to give it a good stretch. Might attempt to go for another couple of miles tomorrow depending on how it feels in the morning.

I've not wrote anything for a long while but I will do soon! I have my Xbox back now, but my leg is still buggered.
