The Fat Back Saga

What is it with fat backs? I was lying in bed last night and wondering just how you could work on that love handle area. Is there any kind of exercise to tone up them ample rolls of blubber around the bottom of your back?
Once they are there, are you stuck with them forever? I don't know the answer... maybe I need to Google it.

I've managed to finally apply a new design to the site that attempts to take full advantage of CSS and semantic XHTML.
It's taken a while and I've added some new bits and pieces, you'll just have to bare with me now while I bug fix the site that'll take me another few months at my work rate.
