Well England started off pretty poorly yesterday I thought with a 1-0 victory over Paraguay. An own goal at that, we should be able to score against teams like Paraguay or we are going to have no chance.
The players are blaming it all on the heat, but surely it can't be as hot as the last world cup in Japan?
What was that all about bringing Downing onto the pitch and taking off Owen when we was only up by a goal. Then the joke of all jokes bring Hargreaves onto the pitch? Sven really makes some stupid choices, everyone knows Hargreaves shouldnt be playing in our squad since he's useless.
Gerrards and Crouchs bookings cost me 8 points too in the fantasy league, I don't think either should have been booked.
Least Trinidad drew with Sweden, so hopefully we can do them on Thursday and qualify for the next round.
